Publishing with FrontPage 2000/2002

These instructions will assist you in publishing your site to the server.

Once you are ready to publish your site, you need only to select Publish Web from the File Menu. You'll see the following screen:

Enter the Web address that you wish to publish your website to, for example: http://yourdomain.com, and click OK.

You will then be prompted for your username and password, as shown below. These are the same username and password you use to login to your control panel.

If your website doesn't begin publishing after completing these steps, try entering ftp://yourdomain.com as the publish destination. Wait for FrontPage to complete the publishing. This can take up to several minutes (hours) depending on how large your site is.

Note: Make sure to publish your website files to the /public_html/ directory, so that they can be viewed on the web, as shown below:
